TouristWay's packages can be easily exploited to load sightseeings, cruises, excursions, sport classes can be properly managed by creating a package.

Packages can be configured to be a service themself, without involving any external elements: just make sure you go to "price list" menu, tab "price model" and select "use PACKAGE AVAILABILITY and PACKAGE PRICING" to make your package a stand-alone product.

Then enter price lists and availability as usual. Here are few additional tricks you might find useful:

SET A SCHEDULE/TIME TABLE (i.e. morning excursion +  afternoon excursion):

Just load one accommodation option ("Rooms" tab in "price list" menu) for each event, this way you are able to enter availability separately for each time and even set different pricing (i.e. perhaps the "evening excursion" is more expensive). To differentiate excursions by location you just have to create a new package for each destination.

SET 1-DAY CLASS AND A 3-DAYS CLASS OPTIONS:

Within packages you can create overlapping "seasons" in order to give your customers more alternatives to use the same set of resources (boats, instructors, etc.) you offer. Load one separate season for each "alternative", set specific departure days if you want to restrict the start-day and the length in days (i.e. set Saturday + 2 days to create a weekend-only service).

If you need complex combination you may also consider to split your product in 2 or more packages, each with its specific set of constraint
