First, let's clear any misunderstanding, TouristWay backoffice is where you edit/confirm/cancel reservations. If you are looking for the interface to load products, pricelists and availability please check your welcome email for "catalogue administration area".

in order to access TouristWay backoffice you need a "supervisor" account, we created one for you at the portal activation so if you check your welcome email you will find the credentials otherwise these simple steps let you create a new one:

• go to the administration area
• open the menu "accounts"
• select "supervisors" tab
• click the (+) icon to create a new record and enter the details
  
• go back to the public portal and login using the credentials you just created (click login on the top right corner of the page)
