You can customize templates down to the single HTML tag. That's usually far enough to accomplish any SEO strategy (find more about template customizations here: http://support.touristway.com/forums/30687/entries/21760)
Please note that every page can have custom Meta Tags, include your hotel/package name or location in the title and many other tricks are easy to implement thanks to TouristWay interface customization features (SDK).
As per the URL, if you really don't like TouristWay link format and you purchase any TouristWay's Downloadable version you can configure your webserver to use a URL rewriting module to have prettier links like:

Please note that, unlike many believe, transform TouristWay dynamic urls into static urls will not help your site positioning on search engines. Actually it seems the opposite is true!
Here is an excerpt from Google Webmaster Cental Blog:
"We've come across many webmasters who, believed that static or static-looking URLs were an advantage for indexing and ranking their sites. This is based on the presumption that search engines have issues with crawling and analyzing URLs that include session IDs or source trackers. However, as a matter of fact, we at Google have made some progress in both areas."
"The decision to use database-driven websites does not imply a significant disadvantage in terms of indexing and ranking. Providing search engines with dynamic URLs should be favored over hiding parameters to make them look static."
"We can crawl dynamic URLs and interpret the different parameters. We might have problems crawling and ranking your dynamic URLs if you try to make your urls look static and in the process hide parameters which offer the Googlebot valuable information."
